电潜泵油气分离器测试工艺研究

摘    要:通过对分离器的应用环境进行分析,得出了分离器入口与排气口压力之间的关系,确定了分离器的测试参数。根据分离器测试装置及压力条件,制定了分离器的测试工艺。根据测试工艺对101系列旋转式分离器进行性能测试,结果表明:分离器的扬程随流量的增加而减小,最大扬程约5.5 m,在流量为200 m3/d时,扬程约0.5 m;分离器的分离效率随入口流量的增加而增加,在流量为200 m3/d时,分离效率超过60%;气体体积分数随入口流量的增加而减小,在流量为200 m3/d时,气体体积分数超过25%。

Abstract:The relation between the inlet and exhaust port of the separator was obtained by analyzing the environment of its application and the testing parameters of it were determined.The testing technology of the separator was formulated according to its testing device and pressure condition.
