摘    要:碳纤维具有优异的纤维性能,因此对其需求持续增加。目前,碳纤维大部分由聚丙烯腈制备获得,小部分则通过沥青制得。但这些原材料也带来了一些问题,因此全世界范围内仍在继续寻找可供选择的材料。本文列举了当前原材料的优缺点,以及如木质素、纤维素、聚乙烯等其他潜在的原材料,并介绍了德国邓肯道夫纺织化学与化学纤维研究所(ITCF)在该研究领域的研发潜力。

Carbon fiber precursors
Abstract:The demand for carbon fibers rises continuously because of their outstanding fiber properties. Carbon fibers are currently being manufactured for the most part from polyacrylonittrile and for a small part from pitch. These raw materials bring some problems with them, so the search for alternative materials continues worldwide. The advantages and disadvantages of the current raw materials as well as potential alternatives such as lignin, cellulose, polyethylene and others are showed, and the possibilities of the Institute for Textile Chemistry and Chemical Fibers(ITCF),Denkendorf/Germany in this research field is described.
