采石场生产废水的处理与回用

摘    要:沙县采石场生产废水含有高浓度的SS和较低浓度的COD,经实验室模拟试验确定采用沉砂-混合-反应-沉淀工艺,介绍了该工艺的设计特点及参数。运行结果表明,出水ss平均浓度仅为3.7mg/L,对其去除率高达99.9%;出水COD平均浓度为12.5mg/L,对其去除率为91.6%;处理出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级排放标准,达标尾水可作为生产用水循环再利用。

Abstract:The wastewater from stone pit in Sha County has high concentration SS and low concentration COD. Through laboratory simulation test, the grit disposal/mixing/reaction/sedimentation process was determined to be used. The design characteristics and parameters of this process were introduced. The operation results show that the average SS and COD concentrations in the effluent are 3.7 mg/L and 12.5 mg/L, the removal rates are 99.9% and 91.6% respectively.
