基于PLC的电子装备自动测试系统设计

摘    要:传统方法对电子装备自动测试系统的测试时间较长,提出基于PLC的电子装备自动测试系统设计。在硬件设计上,设计气源处理装置,为整个自动测试系统的运行提供气压;设计物料检测传感器,传输测试过程中的电信号;设计测试限位开关与激励源模块,并选择适合系统的PLC器件,辅助系统整个测试过程的进行。在软件设计上,建立整个系统的数据库平台,在具备平台的基础上,调整供电参数,结合计算机与PLC器件,实现电子装备自动测试程序的开发与运行。实验结果:在电子装备总数与测试数相同的情况下,基于PLC的设计方法比传统方法的测试时间少了8s,所以基于PLC的电子装备自动测试系统所用的测试时间更少。

Abstract:The traditional method of electronic equipment automatic test system takes a long time,so the design of electronic equipment automatic test system based on PLC is proposed.In the hardware design,the air source processing device is designed to provide air pressure for the operation of the whole automatic test system;the material detection sensor is designed to transmit the electrical signal in the test process;the test limit switch and excitation source module are designed,and the suitable PLC devices are selected to assist the whole test process of the system.In the software design,the database platform of the whole system is established.On the basis of the platform,the power supply parameters are adjusted.Combined with the computer and PLC devices,the development and operation of automatic test program for electronic equipment is realized.Experimental results:when the total number of electronic equipment is the same as the test number,the test time of PLC based design method is less than 8 s than that of traditional method,so the test time of electronic equipment automatic test system based on PLC is less.
