| 摘 要： | 洪灾灾情评估对防汛救灾具有重要的意义。本文基于RS、GIS技术构建了洪灾损失评估信息系统数据库、系统结构及其功能。其中数据库建设是整个洪灾灾情评估信息系统的基础，包括遥感影像数据库、GIS数据库、社会经济信息数据库；洪灾损失评估信息系统包括四个模块：遥感分析模块、GIS分析模块、损失评估模块和结果输出模块；本文对各模块的功能分别进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Evaluating the losses of flood disaster is one of the important things in flood-proof.Based on RS and GIS technologies,this paper brings forward the construction of database,structure and functions of information system of evaluating losses of flood disaster.Furthermore,the database construction includes three main databases: database of remote sense images,GIS database,social and economic database;the structure of the information system is composed of four modules: RS analysis,GIS analysis,evaluation on losses,result output.Finally this paper illustrates the functions of each module. |
