银川市创建国家生态园林城市策略

根据银川市城市园林绿化现状、发展历程，结合“国家生态园林城市”标准，提出银川市绿化系统规划要走城乡一体化生态绿化建设的道路，且规划要有前瞻性和超前性；同银川市1城3区2县1市的功能空间相协调，且科学布局和配置城市各类绿地；规划建设环城绿带和设置城市基本生态控制线，打造城市精品绿地示范工程；重视科学决策和重点工程的前期规划研究，进行绿化树种分类规划和绿化典型模式的规划，从而加快银川市创建国家生态园林城市的进程。
