| 摘 要： | 对项目管理概念进行了阐述,从进度控制、施工质量控制、项目安全控制、项目成本控制、现场管理、施工项目的合同管理等方面介绍了项目管理的主要内容,并采取各种有效手段,对整个工程的施工进行工期、成本、质量的控制,以达到工期短、质量好和成本低的目的。

| Abstract: | The article illustrates the conception of project management, introduces its main contents from schedule control, construction quality control, project safety control, project cost control, field management, and contract management of construction project, and proposes that man should adopt various effective methods to control time limit, cost and quality of entire engineering construction, in order to achieve the purposes of short time limit, well quality and low cost. |
