摘    要:用DSC和POM技术分析了新型成核剂对叔丁基杯8]芳烃(TBC8-d)对聚乳酸结晶行为的影响。实验结果表明,TBC8-d是一种高效的聚乳酸成核剂,与纯聚乳酸相比,加入TBC8-d的聚乳酸的结晶温度和相对结晶度分别提高了14.1℃和11.1%;且TBC8-d的成核能力优于传统成核剂滑石粉。等温结晶动力学研究表明,随结晶温度的升高,TBC8-d的加入使聚乳酸的半结晶时间缩短,结晶速率常数增大;用TBC8-d成核的聚乳酸的结晶生长方式为异相成核的三维球晶生长。

Abstract:Effects of nucleating agent p-tert-butylcalix8]arene(TBC8-d) on crystallization and melting behaviour of polylactic acid(PLA) were studied by means of DSC and POM.The results showed that TBC8-d was a good nucleating agent and after addition of TBC8-d,crystallization temperature and relative crystallinity of PLA increased by 14.1 ℃ and 11.1%,respectively.The nucleating ability of TBC8-d was stronger than that of the conventional nucleating agent talcum powder.Isothermal crystallization kinetics of PLA showed that addition of TBC8-d could decrease the half crystallization time and increase the crystallization rate constant.The crystallization of PLA with TBC8-d nucleating agent was through three-dimension spherulite growth with heterogeneous nucleation.
