地应力对煤矿巷道围岩稳定性影响研究

摘    要:为了确定采场布局和回采顺序,确保巷道围岩的相对稳定,分析了矿井所处的地应力状态、类型和作用特征。采用水压致裂地应力测量仪以及水压致裂法系统地对15号煤层进行地应力现场实测,得到不同位置的地应力数据。通过对实测数据的系统分析,得出盘区范围内地应力场的分布规律、巷道顶板稳定性受最大水平地应力的影响程度以及不同掘进方向巷道状况的差异。研究结果为采场合理布置及煤矿巷道支护设计强度提供计算参数,对于井巷布置和矿山安全高效生产具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:In order to determine the stope layout and mining sequence and ensure the relative stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the in-situ stress state,type and action characteristics of the mine are analyzed.In-situ stress measurements of No.15 coal seam were carried out systematically by using hydrofracturing in-situ stress measuring instrument and hydrofracturing method,and in-situ stress data at different locations were obtained.Through the analysis of the measured data,the distribution law of the stress field in the interior of the plate area,the degree that the stability of the roof of the roadway is affected by the maximum level of ground stress,and the difference of roadway conditions in different excavation directions are obtained.The research results provide calculation parameters for rational layout of mining site and design strength of support in coal mine roadway,and have important guiding significance for mine roadway layout and safe and efficient production.
