基于因子分析的瓦斯涌出量主控因素确定方法

摘    要:为了获得影响瓦斯涌出的主控因素并有针对性地采取瓦斯治理措施,采用因子分析法对夏店煤矿3号煤层回采工作面的瓦斯涌出量影响指标数据进行分析,然后建立了瓦斯涌出量指标因子分析数学模型,最后有针对性地提出了工作面的瓦斯治理措施。研究结果表明:因子分析法可有效减少瓦斯涌出量影响变量的维数;影响夏店煤矿瓦斯涌出量的3个主要公共因子为瓦斯含量因子、地质条件因子和开采技术因子,其中瓦斯含量因子权重32.860%、地质条件因子权重28.110%、开采技术因子权重19.232%,累计贡献达到80.202%;本煤层、邻近层瓦斯含量是影响夏店煤矿瓦斯涌出量的主控因素,降低本煤层、邻近层瓦斯含量是减少工作面瓦斯涌出的有效措施。

Abstract:In order to obtain the main control factors affecting gas emission and adopt gas control measures,the factor analysis method was used to analyze the data of gas emission influencing indicators of No.3 coal seam mining face in Xiadian Coal Mine,and then the factor analysis mathematical model of gas emission indicators was established.Finally,the gas control measures of working face were put forward pertinently.The results showed that the factor analysis method can effectively reduce the dimension of influencing variables of gas emission;the three main common factors affecting gas emission in Xiadian Coal Mine were gas content factor,geological condition factor and mining technology factor,among which the weight of gas content factor was 32.860%,the weight of geological condition factor was 28.110%,the weight of mining technology factor was 19.232%,and the cumulative contribution was 80.202%.The gas content in the coal seam and adjacent seam was the main controlling factor affecting gas emission in Xiadian Coal Mine,and reducing the gas content in the coal seam and adjacent seam was an effective measure to reduce gas emission in working face.
