突出工作面上隅角瓦斯管理技术研究

摘    要:平宝公司煤层由于受到煤层埋深、顶底板岩性、水文地质构造等因素的影响,煤层具有瓦斯压力大、瓦斯含量高等特点,目前开采的己15-17-12081采面由于采空区面积大,易造成回采工作面尤其是上隅角瓦斯超限。根据以往开采工作面上隅角瓦斯涌出异常等情况,为了保证综采工作面安全回采,采取高抽巷抽放采空区瓦斯,改进上隅角封堵充填技术,配合设置风水联动喷雾装置等多种手段联合治理上隅角瓦斯积聚。实践表明:采用综合治理技术后,上隅角瓦斯积聚的问题得到缓解,保证了矿井的安全高效生产,为相关地质条件的采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯治理提供参考。

Abstract:The coal seam of Pingbao Company is influenced by the factors such as the depth of coal seam,the lithology of roof and floor,hydrogeological structure and so on,which leads to the characteristics of high gas pressure and high gas content.The current mining face of Ⅵ15-17-12081 is easy to cause the gas exceeding limit in the mining face,especially in the upper corner due to the large area of goaf.According to the abnormal gas emission in the upper corner of the mining face in the past,in order to ensure the safe coal winning of the fully-mechanized working face,high-level drainage roadway was used to drain the goaf gas,combined with the setting of upper corner sealing,the establishment of geomantic joint spray device and other means,to jointly control the accumulation of gas in the upper corner.Improving the upper corner sealing and filling technology and the spray for wind and water linkage,etc,to control the gas accumulation in the upper corner.The practice showed that the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner has been well alleviated by adopting comprehensive control technology,which ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine and provides a reference for gas control in the upper corner of the mining face under relevant geological conditions.
