高瓦斯深井开采保护层安全快速精准揭煤技术研究与应用

针对深部煤层透气性低、瓦斯含量大、瓦斯压力大、突出危险性高，低透气性煤层石门揭煤防突使用常规预抽方法存在钻孔多、效果差和周期长，石门揭穿突出煤层的掘进速度和安全威胁严重制约矿井的采掘接替和安全生产的问题，平煤股份十二矿提出了开采保护层安全快速精准石门揭煤技术，研究开采无突出危险的极薄煤层作为保护层，实现多煤层开采的区域消突，布置揭煤巷快速揭煤，边探边掘、超前探测、边测边掘、卸压控制，快速达到安全控制距离，采用远距离爆破一次安全精准揭煤。经试验成功达到揭煤周期短安全快速揭煤的目的。此项技术的研究和应用，消除了石门揭煤过程中瓦斯突出的安全危险。不仅为平顶山矿区深部煤炭开采提供了技术支撑，而且也适用于国内外深部煤炭开采矿井。

Research and application of safety，quick and precision coal uncovering technology for protective seam in high gas deep mine

In view of the low permeability，high gas content，high gas pressure and high risk of outburst in deep coal seam，the conventional pre-extraction method for outburst prevention in low permeability coal seam was characterized by many boreholes，poor effect and long period，and the driving speed and safety threat of outburst coal seam exposed by stone doors seriously restrict the mining replacement and safe production of mine.The No.12 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine has put forward the technology of quick and precise stone-door uncovering for mining protective seam safety，studied the mining of extremely thin seam without outburst danger as protective seam，realized the regional outburst elimination in multi-seam mining，arranged the roadway to uncover coal quickly，and achieved the control of safe mining，advance detection，edge detection and pressure relief quickly.Fully controlled distance，long-distance blasting were used to uncover coal safely and accurately once.Through the test，the purpose of short period of coal uncovering，safe and fast coal uncovering was successfully achieved.The research and application of this technology eliminated the safety hazard of gas outburst in the process of coal uncovering by stone doors.It not only provided technical support for deep coal mining in Pingdingshan mining area，but also applied to deep coal mining mines at home and abroad.
