| 摘 要： | 以制动联板的弯曲为例 ,阐述了沿板料宽度方向弯曲可能存在的问题 ,提出了解决问题的方法。通过弯曲力计算及强度校核 ,分析了此零件沿宽度方向弯曲的工艺可行性 ,并介绍了弯曲模的结构及注意事项。

| Abstract: | Taking the bending of the brake link plate as an example, the possible existing problems in the bending along the width direction of the plate stock. The corresponding solutions were proposed. Through the calculation of the bending force and the checking of the strength, the processing feasibility of bending the plate along the width direction was analyzed. And the structure of the bending die and the attention points were stated. |
