| 摘 要： | 为了解决中小物流企业联盟收益分配的难题,在相关文献梳理的基础上,针对多个中小物流企业,考虑成员企业的机会收益、贡献及主导企业的影响,利用合作对策理论,探讨联盟的收益分配,构建收益分配模型。采用多目标决策规划求解模型,用"风险共担"思想对分配结果进行修正。实例分析表明了该收益分配模型的有效性和合理性。
