叠合-醚化联产技术的应用

摘    要:叠合-醚化联产技术是中国石化股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发的一项以C4烯烃和甲醇为原料,联产MTBE和异辛烯的新技术,石家庄炼油化工股份有限公司采用该技术对原选择性叠合装置进行了改造.装置改造后一次试车成功,可按叠合-醚化方案或纯醚化方案稳定操作,通过调整操作方案和工艺条件能够灵活生产MTBE和异辛烯产品.技术改造大大提高了装置的赢利能力,并对汽油产品质量升级起到了重要作用.

Abstract:Dimerization-Etherification Process is a new process developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing to produce MTBE and isooctene from C4s olefin and methanol. The existing selective dimerization unit in Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd has been revamped with this process and revamped unit has successfully came on stream. The unit can be operated in two operating modes: dimerization-etherification or etherification. MTBE and isooctene can be flexibly produced by adjusting the operating modes and operating conditions. The revamping has improved the unit's profitability and the unit has played an important role in upgrading the quality of gasoline products in the company.
