摘    要:研究了500~650 ℃回火对36NiCrMo16 合金钢组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,在低于580 ℃回火时,该钢强度、塑性和韧性随着回火温度升高而呈缓慢的线性变化;在高于580 ℃回火时,随着回火温度的提高,合金屈服强度快速下降,韧性迅速升高.在540~620 ℃范围内回火后,该钢都能获得满足技术条件要求的力学性能.

Abstract:The effect of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of 36NiCrMo16 alloy steel was studied in the range of 500~650 ℃.The results show that below 580 ℃ the mechanical properties change slightly with the increase of tempering temperature;while above 580 ℃,the yield strength drops and the toughness increases rapidly.The mechanical properties of 36NiCrMo16 alloy steel can meet the technical requirements of specification with the tempering temperature of 540~620 ℃.
