电网线损实时监测分析管理系统的开发与应用

电网线损实时监测分析管理系统利用变电站电量远方抄表系统、营销信息管理系统、负荷管理系统中的实时电量数据资源,通过二次开发,可自动计算电网统计线损率。该系统主要功能有:计算各级电网分压、分区、分线线损率;实时监测母线电量不平衡率等指标;对电网的各类电量与线损率统计数据进行查询及分析;动态生成电网线损拓扑图形,直观的显示出电网线损分布情况。该系统采用灵活的统计关系设定方法,可适用于不同的电网结构和管理模式。该系统投运后效果明显,可实现全陕西电网电力发、输、供、配、用各环节中电量与线损率的全过程自动统计与监测,帮助工作人员及时发现管理中存在的问题,提高线损管理水平。

Development and Application of Real Time Monitoring and Management System for Power Grid Line Losses

The real time monitoring and management system for power grid line losses can automatically calculate the statistical line loss rate of power grid,which was developed by using remote metering system of substation electricity quantity,marketing information management system,the real time data resource of electricity quantity in load management system.The major functions of system are:to calculate the line loss rate in different levels of voltage,zone and branch;to monitor the unbalanced rate of bus electricity quantity on real time;to inquire and analyze each kind of electricity quantity of power grid and statistical data of line loss rate;to generate dynamically topology graph of line losses to show visually.This system uses the set method with flexible statistical relation,which can be suitable for the different structure and management pattern of power grid.The effect of this system is obvious,which can realize the automatic statistics and monitors completely for electricity quantity and line loss rate in each link of generation,transmission,supply,distribution,consumption in Shanxi Power Grid and can help the staff to discover the problems in management and to improve the level of management.
