重质油掺水乳化燃烧技术

摘    要:对重质油掺水乳化燃烧技术进行了探讨.包括油包水型乳化重油和水包油型乳化重油各自的微爆机理,掺水量对乳化重油粘度的影响,乳化重油粘度与温度间的关系,掺水量对乳化重油稳定性的影响,掺水量对热效率及烟气温度的影响,掺水量与节油率的关系以及乳化剂的选择和研制.重质油掺水乳化燃烧技术的应用,缓解了燃料油紧缺矛盾,为资源合理利用提供一条切实有效的途径.

Abstract:The combustion technology of emulsified heavy oil was discussed. The micro explosion mechanisms of O/ W and W/O emulsified heavy oils were described.The effects of water amount blended in heavy oil on the viscosity, stability of heavy oil, heat efficiency and smoke temperature, and oil quantity saved were examined and the selection and development of emulsifiers were also presented. The relation between temperature and viscosity of heavy oil was discussed. The application of combustion technology of emulsified heavy oil can solve the shortage of fuel oil and supply a feasible and effective way to use the resources reasonably.
