燃气舵气动特性试验和数值分析

摘    要:采用试验和理论计算方法,研究推力矢量发动机燃气舵气动特性问题,在风洞和热喷流试验的基础上,建立了发动机试验的六分力模型,进行了2发发动机的点火试验;选择三维、粘性湍流模型及与试验发动机相近的几何模型为数值计算模型,对照发动机试验状态进行了计算.结果表明试验方法和试验模型正确,计算结果和试验结果具有一致性.

Abstract:The aerodynamic properties of thrust-vectoring et vane were studied with motor test and numerical simulation. Based on the wind tunnel and jet experiments, the six-force model of motor was set up and the two experiments on motor ignition were carried out. Taking the 3-.D viscous turbulence and the similar geometry to true motor as models, the numerical simulation was processed. The results show that the experimental method and model are suitable, and the numerical simulation is consist with the experiments.
