Recently, ß-structure stability parameters have beenmeasured for all 20 natural amino acids, separately for theedge and separately for the internal ß-sheet positions.Theoretical estimations of all these stability parameters havebeen obtained earlier on the basis of the molecular theory.Comparison shows a good concordance between the recent experimentalresults and the earlier theoretical predictions. |
