黄石膏-水泥- FAC-1配制混凝土的研究

摘    要:本文旨在研究黄石膏综合利用开发的问题,主要探讨利用黄石膏、水泥、砂子等物料不同配合比配制绿色高性能混凝土,考查其是否能满足道路建设要求。结果表明,加入0%-10%黄石膏的水泥胶砂抗压、抗折强度均满足P.O42.5水泥的强度指标要求;黄石膏经过烘干、粉磨达到0.074mm占98%以上后,添加水泥、黄石膏、FAC-1高效减水剂混合后能够作为胶凝材料,可以配制C30混凝土,其配比为黄石膏(0%-30%)、水泥(100%-70%)、FAC-1(1.0%-1.8%);混凝土的抗渗性能达到P12抗渗等级要求。

Abstract:The paper is designed to study the utilization of yellow gypsum, explore to use yellow gypsum, cement, sand and other materials in different mix proportion to make up green high-performance concrete , and test whether it can meet road and construction requirements .The results indicate that the cement micellae compressive and bending strength of the yellow gypsum adding is from 0 to 10 percent can all meet the standard requirements of P.O42.5.The yellow gypsum particle size is smaller than 0.074mm after drying and grinding , the mixture of adding cement, yellow gypsum and FAC-1 superplasticizer can be binding materials which can make up C30 concrete. The mix ratio is yellow gypsum(0 to 30 percent),cement(100 to 70 percent),FAC-1(1.0 to 1.8 percent).The impermeability of concrete meet the requirements of P12.
