| 摘 要： | 通过与深圳、香港、纽约、东京等国内外城市轨道交通物业开发模式的比较,对重庆轨道交通物业开发现状进行了剖析,归纳出轨道交通物业开发的四种模式,即站点零散空间开发模式、上盖物业一体化开发模式、开发圈层化模式和新城TOD开发模式,为后续轨道交通物业开发建设提供参考。

Analysis on Property Development Mode for Urban Rail Transit |

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison of property development modes for urban rail transit in Shenzhen,Hongkong,Newyork and Tokyo,the current development status of rail transit in Chongqing is analyzed.Four development modes are summarized:scattered space development mode,whole building development mode,stratification development mode and metro TOD development mode.It offers some references for future property development of rail transit. |
