摘    要:目的 探讨P5 3蛋白在喉癌中的表达及其与血管生成和转移的相关性。方法 通过免疫组化SP法检测 4 2份喉癌患者标本中P5 3蛋白表达及微血管密度 (microve -ssedensity ,MVD)。结果 喉癌组织中P5 3蛋白阳性表达率为 4 7 6 2 % ,MVD平均为 35 .79,标准差为 9.4 9。淋巴结转移的肿瘤中P5 3阳性表达及MVD明显高于非转移组 ,P5 3蛋白阳性表达标本中MVD值较高的现象多于有颈淋巴结转移的喉癌。结论 突变型P5 3基因的表达对喉癌肿瘤微血管生成及肿瘤颈淋巴结转移可能具有协同作用。

Relationship between P53 Protein in Laryngeal Carcinoma Tissue and Microvessedensity
Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between expression of P53 protein in laryngeal carcinoma tissue and microvessedensity(MVD).Methods The positive expression rate of P53 protein and microvessedensity(MVD) were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rate of P53 protein was 47.62%,and MVD was 35.79±9.49.Both the P53 positive expresion rate and MVD in the tumors metastasized to lymph nodes were significantly higher than those in unmetastasized tumors.Compared with the tumors metastasized to the lymph nodes at cervical part,more P53 protein positive specimens showed high MVD values.Conclusion The expression of P53 gene mutant might have synergistic effect on the formation of capillary vessels of tumor and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma to the lymph nodes at cervical part.
