摘    要:将我国常减压蒸馏装置的技术水平与国外先进水平进行了对比。介绍了我国在提高常减压蒸馏技术水平方面采取的先进适用技术,如装置大型化技术、延长装置运行周期的技术、节能降耗技术、提高拔出率技术、多产柴油技术、先进管理和控制技术等。提出了开展炼油厂集成设计和油品脱金属剂研究的建议。

Abstract:A comparison is given on the technology gap between domestic atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the foreign advanced unit. Advanced and applicable technologies adopted in enhancing thetechnology level of domestic atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit have been introduced, such as large scale unit, prolonging the running period, energy conservation and consumption reduction, increasing distillation yield, producing more diesel as well as the advanced management and control etc. In addition, suggestions of developing integrated refinery design and oil product demetallization agents have been proposed.
