摘    要:由华东勘测设计研究院勘测设计的天荒坪抽水蓄能电站是华东地区第一座大型抽水蓄能电站,也是我国单个厂房装机容量最大,水头最高的抽水蓄能电站,为适应改革开放后经济发展的需要,华东院积极探索深度开发华东地区水能资源的方法,步骤和目标,重点研究了开发抽水蓄能电站的经济性和必要性,为抽水蓄能事业的发展作出了贡献,在天荒坪电站建设中,为适应新的建设管理体制,华东院牢固树立“为工程服务,为业主服务”的思想,坚持科技进步,取得了一系列科技成果,并积极参与工程监理,锻炼了队伍,培养了人才。

Abstract:The Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Plant, investigated and designed by the East China Investigation and Design Institute, is the first large scale pumped storage power plant in the east of China. It also is a pumped storage power plant with the maximum installed capacity in a single powerhouse and the highest water head in China. In order to meet the needs of economic development after the reform and opening to the outside world, the East China Investigation and Design Institute actively explores the ways, procedures and goals of hydropower resources development in the east of China. It also studied with emphasis on the economy and necessity of the development of pumped storage power plant, which makes a contribution to the development of pumped storage power plant. In the construction of Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Plant, the East China Investigation and Design Institute, in order to meet new construction management system, adopts firmly the idea of "serving the project and the Owner" and persists in scientific and technical progress so that it gains many scientific achievements and trains men for profession.
