“垃圾”短信治理策略研究

摘    要:围绕如何更加准确快速地解决客户收到垃圾短信感觉被骚扰问题,某移动公司先后新建立多套垃圾短信拦截系统,对垃圾短信实施拦截,并进行技术和业务优化,拦截范围逐步扩大,拦截手段也不断优化。本文通过对运营商“垃圾”短信治理过程中各种策略的演进、分析,探讨其中的利弊,然后提出后续治理策略的一些建议。

Abstract:The send ways and the content of spam message became more complex and more secret. More spare messages of sales promotion and deceive appear. Shaanxi Mobile Co. ltd of CMCC upgrade the SMSC system about 13th times and built three spam message systems to prevent overflow of spam message, and the ways to control the spam message become more and more effective, but there are still many challenges. This paper analyzes the characters of ways in sending spam messages, then gives some control advices.
