| 摘 要： | 为了确保水产品供应链工作流的合理性和保证业务流程中物流和信息流的一致性,提出了较完善的基于状态的Petri网建模方法,对水产品供应链业务流程进行模型分析,描述水产品生产加工销售链各上下游企业的业务流程模型,利用petri网设计了水产品管理系统流程模型。结果表明：利用Petri网能够优化设计水产品生产加工各个流程模型,对水产品生产供应链信息流进行有效的管理,为水产品生产加工的质量安全决策提供了重要的依据。

| Abstract: | For preferably ensuring the rationally of the aquatic products supply chain business workflow and guaranteeing the validity the logistics and information flow,the paper proposed the Petri nets modeling method to for supply chain business model analysis,described the business model between upstream and downstream firms and designed the aquatic products management workflow model by using Petri nets.The result shows that Petri nets can optimize the aquatic products management workflow and provide an important basis for relevant firms to make a strategic decision. |
