火焰原子吸收光谱法测定U3O8产品中钾钠含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测量U3O8中钾钠的含量,并对测量结果的不确定度进行了分析评定。主要对样品称量、定容体积、标准溶液、测量结果重复性、工作曲线、树脂吸附等引入的不确定度进行了分析评定,经测定,每克U3O8中钾含量为(16.26±0.84)μg,钠含量为(16.93±0.80)μg。

Abstract:The content of potassium and sodium in uranium oxide products was measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and the uncertainties of sample weighing, constant volume, standard solution, repeatability of measurement results, working curve and resin adsorption were analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the content of potassium and sodium in uranium oxide products is(16.26±0.84)μg/g and(16.93±0.80)μg/g.
