摘    要:核电站高能管道一旦发生破裂会产生甩击,严重威胁到电站正常运行,需要设置防甩击支架予以防护。以核电站特殊框架式防甩击支架为研究对象,联合有限元程序及MATLAB软件,基于能量法分析了支架的吸能性能,并对应力进行分析和评定。结果表明,支架能有效吸收管道甩击能量,强度满足规范要求并存在一定裕度。通过考察甩击接触面积、间隙以及框架形式,对支架综合性能进行优化分析,给出了最优改进方案。该研究结果可为该类型防甩击支架的能量分析、强度评定以及优化提供一定参考。

Abstract:The rupture of high energy pipeline in nuclear power plant will cause pipe whipping,which seriously threatens the normal operation of the power plant. It is necessary to set up the whip resistant to ensure safety. By taking the special type whip restraint of nuclear power plant as the research object,in combination with the finite element technology and MATLAB software and based on the energy balance method,the energy absorption performance of the restraint was analyzed,and the stress intensity was analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the restraint can effectively absorb the energy of pipe whip and meet the strength requirements,and has a certain margin of strength. Through the investigation of the area of whip contact,clearance and forms of steel support,the performance of the restraint was optimized and analyzed. Finally,the optimization plan was given. The research results can provide some references for the energy analysis,strength evaluation and optimization of this type of whip restraint.
