关于大容积钢质无缝气瓶轻量化设计的探讨

摘    要:
通过对比大容积无缝气瓶的国家标准GB/T 33145、美国的DOT规范(3AAX和特殊许可SP8009)、国际标准ISO 11120,结合介绍美国对大容积气瓶的使用管理制度,讨论了国内大容积气瓶在安全性和经济性统一方面存在的不足之处,指出国内大容积气瓶实施轻量化设计的必要性,从新材料开发、采用炼钢新工艺和新技术、采用先进的大容积气瓶用无缝钢管的制造方法等方面,探讨了大容积气瓶轻量化设计的可行思路。

Abstract:
Through comparison of the three well known standards of large capacity seamless steel gas cylinders GB/T 33145,DOT Code (3AAX and Special Permission 8009),ISO 11120,and introduction of the filling regulation in USA for large capacity cylinders,the shortcomings in the unification of safety and economy of domestic large-capacity cylinders are discussed.The necessity of light-weight design for domestic large-volume cylinders is pointed out.The feasible ideas of light-weight design of large-capacity gas cylinder are discussed,including the development of new materials,the adoption of new steelmaking processes and technologies,the adoption of advanced manufacturing methods for large-diameter cylinder pipes.
