多层次仿真分析方法在制造流程改善中的应用研究

摘    要:以企业制造流程改善为对象,将计算机仿真技术与IE理论相结合,建立了多层次仿真分析模型及分析方法。运用Ithink5.0仿真软件和标准作业组合票等工具,实现了生产线与工作单元两级仿真分析模型,并以典型产品为例,进行了生产线瓶颈分布识别和工序分析,进而提出了生产线制造流程改善方案,对有效提高生产线的产能起到了积极的作用。最后,对生产系统多层次仿真分析方法的扩展应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:In order to improve the manufacturing process, combining computer simulation technology with IE theory, the multilayer simulation model and analysis method were established. Then using IthinkS. 0 and standard operation tickets, the simulation model of production line and work - cell was accomplished. Take classical product for example, the bottleneck of the production line was identi- fied and the key processes were analyzed, and the improvement measurements were explored. Farther application of the multilayer simu- lation method was given.
