摘    要:测试并分析了Nd,Ce:YAlO_3晶体的吸收光谱、激发光谱和发光光谱,证实了YAlO_3中存在着Ce~(3+)→Nd~(3+)的能量转移,因此掺入Ce有可能大大提高Nd:YAlO_3的激光效率.

Abstract:This paper present the results of the determination of absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of Nd, Ce: YAlO_3. It is believed that there is an energy transfer from Ce~(3+) to Nd~(3+) in YAlO_3 crystal. So the co-dopeant of Ce~(3+) may improve the laser efficiency of Nd: YAlO_3.
