反胶团系统及蛋白质萃取过程研究进展

摘    要:综述了反胶团系统和蛋白质萃取过程,将反胶团萃取系统按单一反胶团系统、混合反胶团系统和亲和反胶团系统划分,强调了研究开发生物相容性表面活性剂以及在反胶团系统中引入亲和作用的重要性。另外,指出了深入开展反胶团萃取设备和过程研究的必要性。

Abstract:Reversed micellar systems and protein extraction processes were reviewed.Reversed micelles were categorized into three types,i.e.,conventional reversed micellar system containing only one ionic or nonionic surfactant,mixed reversed micellar system composed of more than two main surfactants and affinity-based reversed micellar system containing an affinity cosurfactant besides the main surfactant(s).We emphasized the significance of developing novel reversed micellar systems consisting of biocompatible surfactants and of introducing affinity cosurfactant to increase the selectivity of reversed micellar extractions.Moreover,pointed out that it was of importance in future to study the fundamental aspects of extraction equipment and processes suitabl to reversed micellar extIactions.
