内弹道循环的随机模拟

摘    要:从试验设计角度出发,借助动力学仿真软件ADAMS开发的内弹道计算模块,对内弹道循环进行了随机模拟.以机枪弹内弹道循环为例,选择装药量、火药力、药厚为设计变量,设计目标为最大膛压值及弹丸出膛口速度.分为确定正态分布均值及方差、选择相应方式进行试验设计、生成工作空间矩阵等步骤.每次试验设计取工作空间矩阵中的一行参数进行仿真.

Abstract:From view of design of experiment, the random simulation of interior ballistics repetition is done using the interior ballistic computing module developed by the dynamic simulation software-ADAMS. Taking the interior ballistics repletion of machine gun cartridge as the example, the powder parameters such as powder weight, powder force and web thickness were taken as the design variables. The design objective includes the maximum chamber pressure and the muzzle velocity of the projectile. The steps include confirming the normal distribution mean value and standard deviation, choosing the relational method to design, and to generate the working space matrix. A row of parameters in the working space matrix was chosen to simulate for each experiment design.
