拉曼测温系统的数据采集与处理

摘    要:为解决拉曼测温系统后端采集速度过慢和噪声的问题,利用FPGA主卡和AD采集子卡设计了一款高速采集系统,来对测量到的温度进行采集和处理。分布式测温系统中的反斯托克斯光对温度变化比较敏感,通过采集该信号来得到温度的变化,但是由于该信号比较微弱,需要进行放大滤波处理。高速采集系统采集频率为100MHz,空间分辨率可达到1m。

Abstract:Absrtact:In order to solve the problem of slow acquisition speed and noise in the back-end of Raman temperature measurement system,a high speed acquisition system is designed by using FPGA main card and AD acquisition sub card to collect and process the measured temperature. The Stokes of the distributed temperature measurement system is sensitive to the temperature change,the signal is collected to get the temperature change,but because the signal is weak,it needs to be amplified and filtered,finally,the final temperature information is obtained by the host computer demodulation. High-speed acquisition system acquisition frequency of 100Mhz,the spatial resolution can reach 1m,and temperature measurement accuracy can reach ±0.1°c,meet the temperature requirements.
