Investigation of Automatic Test System in the Principle Application and Development

Automatic test system is widely applied in productive process of products,including design,product,application and maintain.It has major affection on raising properties of products and production efficiency,reducing production cost and production cycle cost.The conception of test and inspection and automatic test system has been introduced.Based on subsystem,it expatiates on the operating principle of automatic test system and introduces the conception,structure and keytech of buildingup of automatic test system.Early stage and uptodate automatic test system are introduced and three development stage are discussed in this article.
