| 摘 要： | 本文针对2800－冷轧机改造过程中设计方案的选取和改造过程中的技术难题进行了详细介绍，通过采用西门子小容量的数字硅装置对原有的数模混合控制系统进行改造，用较少的资金实现了对原控制系统的数字化。
