难加工材料的高速切削与加工实例

摘    要:通过分析难加工材料高速切削的特点,认为高速切削可以在一定程度上改善难加工材料的加工特性。在此基础上,介绍了难加工材料高速切削的基础技术,并给出了3种难加工材料高速切削的加工实例。

Abstract:By analyzing the characteristics of high speed cutting of difficult-to-cut materials, it is believed that high speed cutting will improve the machinability of difficult-to cut materials to some extent. Based on this, foundational technologies of high speed cutting of difficult-to-cut materials were introduced. Further- more, cases of high speed cutting of high strength steel, hardened steel and magnesium alloy were provided.
