摘    要:
矫直过程中 ,试件能否顺利咬入、能否保证矫直质量 ,压下量的取值起着关键性作用。本文将棒材看成一根连续弯曲的粱 ,通过对其在弹塑性反弯矫直过程中的变形分析 ,精确给出反弯矫直过程中的挠度与弯矩、曲率和塑性层深度系数的函数关系式 ,为矫直辊压下量的取值奠定理论依据

Abstract:
It is very important to select the correct value of depression in the process of straightening. In this paper, the author regards a tube as a continuous bending beam and discusses in detail the relationship between deflection and bending moment, curvature of a tube, elastic plastic boundary depth modules. In this way it provides scientific basis for the reduction of rolls in the process of straightening.
