糠醛常压气相加氢制糠醇反应动力学

摘    要:以CuO-CaO/SiO2为催化剂,在固定床积分反应器中对糠醛气相加氢制糠醇反应本征动力学及宏观动力学进行了研究.应用MATLAB求解反应动力学模型参数,得到本征动力学及宏观动力学模型方程.对方程进行工程检验表明,所建立的动力学方程与试验数据基本吻合.

Abstract:With CuO-CaO/SiO_2 friendly environment catalysts, the intrinsic and macroscopic kinetics of hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol were studied in integral fixed-bed reactor. Using MATLAB to solve parameter of reaction kinetics model obtained the intrinsic kinetics and macroscopic kinetics model equation. The kinetics equation was proved and checked according to ordinary statistical method.The established kinetics equation was appropriate for experimental data.
