摘    要:在试验基础上,探讨高温合金GH2132与合金调质钢42CrMo摩擦焊接头的冶金特点,研究接头组织与性能的关系,为焊接工艺参数的优化提供了理论依据,机车运行结果表明,摩擦焊接的涡轮转子性能可靠,行程已远远超过铁道部规定的指标。

Abstract:The paper inquires into the metallurgical characteristics of the friction welding joints between high-temperature alloy GH2132 and tempered alloy steel 42CrMo on the basis ofexperimental data. The relation between structures and properties of the joints aredetermined. The results provide theoretical basis for optimization of the technologicalparameter.The results of the train motion indicates that the properties of theturbo-spindle,which are joined by friction welding, are reliable. The distance of motionis far more than the target of 200 thousands kinset in the MOR quality index.
