| 摘 要： | 从国内外炼油厂设备发生的湿硫化氢应力腐蚀事故和设备失效事例,说明必须采取措施预防该种腐蚀的发生.结合近年加工高硫原油的情况,分析了炼油生产中易发生该种腐蚀的装置和设备,并提出了从控制介质中硫化氢浓度、设备材料的质量、设备制造安装工艺以及使用管理等四个方面综合采取措施,预防湿硫化氢应力腐蚀的产生.

| Abstract: | By means of taking wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion occurrence and equipment failure happened in refinery equipment at home and a-broad for examples, it was mentioned that the measures should be adopted to prevent the occurrence of that corrosion. In combination with the situation of processing high sulphureous crude oil in recent years, units and equipments occurred easily that corrosion in the process of production were analyzed. The comprehensive measures adopted from four fields of controlling hydrogen sulfide concentration in medium, qualified the equipment material, reasonable fabrication and installation process and operation management were proposed to protect the occurrence against wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion. |
