水轮机流量测量数据的数值逼近方法研究

摘    要:结合石家庄混合蓄能水电站3号机组能量试验的实际结果,针对目前水轮机流量与蜗壳压差关系表达式计算精度低的缺点,提出了逼近水轮机流量测量数据的新的数值方法。并给出了新的水轮机流量与蜗壳压差关系表达式,同时也给出了详细的逼近计算过程和计算公式。通过实例表明,给出的新的关系表达式,具有逼近计算精度高的特点,可以更好地应用于水轮机的实际运行中。

Abstract:Combining with the actual results of the capacity test of No.3 generating unit of Shijiazhuang mixed pumped storage power station, directing towards the expression of the turbine's discharge and differential pressure of the Spiral case was low in precision, a new method to approach the turbine's discharge measurement data was proposed. Not only a new expression of the turbine's discharge and differential pressure of the Spiral case was proposed, but also the detailed approximation process and computing formula were given. Concrete instance showed that the new relational expression proposed in this paper had high precision, and could be applied in the actual operations of hydro turbine.
