几种高难套损井的套损形态及修井工艺

摘    要:经过多年攻关研究,大庆油田套损井修复技术有了较大提高,形成了年修井1000口以上的生产能力,修复率达到80%,为油田的可持续发展做出了重大贡献。但进一步提高修复率难度很大,主要表现在几种高难套损井修复成功率较低,没有成熟有效的修复技术。几种高难套损井包括套损通径小于φ70mm的井、落物与断口平齐的井、严重坍塌出砂井、大段弯曲变形井、多点严重损坏的井针对上述几种高难套损井型的修复问题,结合大庆油田在修井方面的最新研究成果,提出了相应的修复工艺,经过现场的试验应用,见到了初步效果。

Abstract:Casing damage will cause a big economic loss.To different casing damage wells, the appropriate workover technique should be chosen.Several serious casing damage wells include:casing diameter is less than 70 mm,falling matter is the same depth with casing fracture,sand input as serious cave-in,long section bend and shape change,and serious damage for many points.To above several type wells,combining the newest workover researching result in Daqing oilfield,the suitable workover technique is given.The better results are obtained through field application.
