早强型支座砂浆的试验研究

摘    要:以高铝水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥及普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝体系,引入石膏及早强型聚羧酸减水剂,对胶凝体系中各组分及相关外加剂进行优化配比试验,配制出高性价比且力学性能稳定的早强支座砂浆。结果表明:在二元水泥体系中,掺入高铝水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥对支座砂浆流动性产生较大影响;通过调整高铝水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥二元水泥体系的比例可以有效地避免支座砂浆后期强度出先倒缩现象;掺加适量石膏能够大大提高超早强支座砂浆的早期强度;早强型PCD掺量为0.3%时,支座砂浆流动性及力学性能最佳。

Abstract:With high alumina cement,sulphoaluminate cement and ordinary Portland cement as the main cementitious systems,and introducing gypsum and early-strength polycarboxylate water-reducing agent,the components in the cementitious system and related additives are optimized to develop early-strength bearing mortar with high cost performance and stable mechanical properties.The results show that in the binary cement system,the mixing of high alumina cement and sulfoaluminate cement has a greater impact on the fluidity of the support mortar;by adjusting the ratio of high alumina cement and ordinary Portland cement binary cement system,the phenomenon of strength shrinkage of the bearing mortar in the later stage can be effectively avoided;adding appropriate amount of gypsum can greatly improve the early strength of the super early strength bearing mortar;when the early strength PCD content is 0.3%,the fluidity and mechanical properties of the bearing mortar are the best.
