掺引气剂和聚氨酯混合砂浆保温隔热性能试验研究

摘    要:在普通水泥砂浆中掺入引气剂和聚氨酯,研究引气剂和聚氨酯对水泥砂浆的密度、强度、导热系数的影响,并通过微观结构分析,得出混合砂浆性能变化的机理。结果表明,掺入引气剂和聚氨酯使得水泥砂浆的密度、抗压和抗折强度减小,并且随聚氨酯掺量的增加,混合砂浆的密度、抗压和抗折强度呈现逐渐增大的趋势;水泥砂浆的导热系数随着聚氨酯掺量的增加而减小,当引气剂掺量为1%、聚氨酯掺量为6%时砂浆的导热系数最低,具有良好的保温隔热性能。

Abstract:Air entraining agent and polyurethane were mixed into ordinary cement mortar to study the influence of air entraining agent and polyurethane on the density,strength,and thermal conductivity of cement mortar,and the internal mechanism of the performance change of mixed mortar were obtained through microstructure analysis.The results show that compared with ordinary cement mortar,the density,compressive and flexural strength of mortar mixed with air-entraining agent and polyurethane are reduced.At the same time,the density,compressive and flexural strength of the mixed mortar increase gradually with the increase of the polyurethane dosage.The thermal conductivity of cement mortar decreases with the increase of the polyurethane dosage.When the air entraining agent dosage is 1%,the polyurethane dosage is 6%,the thermal conductivity is the lowest,and the mixed mortar has good thermal insulation performance.
