摘    要:为了明确高吸附性机制砂石粉在防水砂浆中应用的技术可行性,采用片麻岩机制砂及其石粉制备防水砂浆,研究了石粉部分替代粉煤灰后,对其和易性、强度、体积稳定性的影响。结果表明:片麻岩机制砂石粉部分替代粉煤灰可降低防水砂浆2 h稠度损失率并提高保水性,对防水砂浆的抗压强度影响不大,在一定程度上可降低防水砂浆的收缩和开裂敏感性。

Abstract:In order to clarify the technical feasibility of the application of high adsorbability manufactured sand powder in waterproof mortar,this paper uses gneiss manufactured sand and its stone powder to prepare waterproof mortar,and studies the workability,strength,and volume stability of the stone powder after replacing the fly ash.The results show that partial replacement of fly ash by gneiss mechanism sandstone can reduce the 2 h consistency loss rate of water-repellent mortar and improve water retention,which has little effect on the compressive strength of waterproof mortar,and can reduce the shrinkage and cracking sensitivity of waterproof mortar to some extent.
