摘    要:利用有限元软件Marc/AutoForge3.1并采用二维热力耦合的刚塑性有限元法,研究新型油井管用钢33M2V穿管过程中管件内部动态再结晶晶粒尺寸的变化及分布情况。模拟时考虑工件与轧辊之间的接触热传导、工件的热辐射、对流散热以及工件的变形热,并对该热力耦合过程进行计算。模拟结果表明:荒管管壁的动态再结晶晶粒尺寸在穿管过程中是时刻变化的,而且是在一个基准范围内变化的,这个基准的动态再结晶晶粒尺寸应最终成为荒管管壁内的基本动态再结晶晶粒尺寸。

Abstract:The two-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method(FEM) was used to simulate the dynamically recrystallized grain change of the new steel 33Mn2V for seamless oil well tubes in tube-piercing process with software Marc/AutoForge3.1.The thermo-mechanical coupling analysis was conducted with the consideration of heat transfer between workpiece,roll and atmosphere,and the heat generated by plastic work and friction force.The results of simulation show the dynamically recrystallized grain size of barren tube is changing within a basic scope in the tube-piercing process.
