耐电解质增稠剂的合成研究

摘    要:为制备耐电解质性能比较好的增稠剂,以丙烯酸和自制丙烯类单体ZXDW为原料,Span-80为乳化剂,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,采用反相乳液共聚合成制备了耐电解质增稠剂,并对其进行了五因素四水平正交实验。实验表明:单体中和度对产品的增稠能力影响较大,其次为单体配比,引发剂用量,交联剂用量,水相单体浓度;单体配比对产品的耐电解质性能影响较大,其次为单体中和度,水相单体浓度,交联剂用量,引发剂用量。根据实验结果得出合成增稠剂较佳工艺条件:单体中和度75%(对单体总物质的量),水相单体浓度40%,单体配比(n(ZXDW)∶n(AA))2∶8,交联剂用量0.1%(对单体总质量),引发剂用量0.1%(对单体总质量)。

Abstract:Aiming to search a more electrolyte-resistant thickener, this paper prepared it by inverse emulsion polymerization using acrylic acid and ZXDW as monomers, Span-80 as emulsifier, ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as initiator, and N, N-methylenebisacrylamide(NMBA) as crosslinker. According to the results, the influence of the degree of neutralization on the thickening ability is stronger, and the following is the ratio of monomers. And the influence of the ratio of monomers on the electrolyte-resistant ability is stronger, and the following is the degree of neutralization. Finally, we get the better conditions to prepare the thickener: the degree of neutralization is 75%, the concentration of monomers is 40%, the dose of the initiator is 0.1 %, the ratio of monomers is 2 : 8, and the dose of crosslinker is 0.1.
