摘    要:详细阐述了自行开发的船舶性能预报系统的设计与实现,简述了在开发过程中使用的技术和框架:集成Struts、Spring、Hibemate技术构建的J2EE快速开发框架,说明通过结合已有的Struts、Spring和Hibernate架构,能使得项目开发过程简洁、结构清晰,并使系统具备很好的可扩展性和可维护性,提高了J2EE项目的可重用性.

Abstract:The designed and implementation of the self-developed ship performance forecast system is expounded and the technology and framework during the development is introduced including struts,spring,Hibernate.According to a J2EE quick developing frame-work,show that the integration with the existing framework of Struts,Spring and Hibernate can simplify the development process and make the implementation structure clear,resulting in an excellent expansibility,maintainability and reusability of the system.
